Our secondary school in Chelmsford is dedicated to providing a high-quality education and fostering a love for learning among our students. We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Graduate of English to join our English Department and support our mission to deliver outstanding English education.

As a Graduate of English, you will work closely with experienced teachers and support staff in the English Department. Your responsibilities will include assisting with lesson delivery, providing one-to-one and small group support, preparing teaching materials, and contributing to the overall development of the English curriculum.

Assist in the preparation and delivery of English lessons, ensuring they are engaging and accessible for all students.

- Provide one-to-one and small group support to students, helping them to understand complex scientific concepts and improve their academic performance.

- Contribute to the continuous development of the English curriculum and participate in departmental meetings and training sessions.

A recent degree in a English-related field.

- A commitment to safeguarding and child protection.

Competitive hourly rate of £70 - £100 per hour, depending on experience.
