We are looking to recruit an office-based Hospitality Art Sales Consultant with a proven sales track record to join our client's team in London. Reporting to the Commercial Director, an integral part of this role is pitching, presenting and closing art collections for new clients in the hospitality sector. In addition, business development, enhancing their reputation with key industry partners, and attracting potential new clients are key components of the position. The ideal candidate should have a deep interest in art and design, as well as strong connections within the interior design, architecture or hospitality and leisure industries. They should excel at working with various stakeholders, ranging from project managers and architects, to C-suite teams at major corporations. Key Responsibilities: Project manage complex and multi-phase art programmes to timeline and budget, whilst maintaining excellent client service standards across multiple time-zones and markets. Proactively identify and approach potential new clients across the hospitality sector. Represent the company and cultivate relationships with key industry partners in the interior design, architecture, project management and construction industries, helping to build a network of industry partners and business referrers. Generate a consistent pipeline of sales leads and opportunities. Pitch and present proposals to a diverse range of stakeholders. Provide expert briefs to the company’s internal curation team and serve as the point of contact throughout the project life cycle, ensuring a seamless journey from pitch to post-sale management. Efficiently close deals with speed, clarity, and profitability. Attend site visits as required. Requirements 2-5 years experience in B2B sales. Strong networking skills. Interest in art and design and the hospitality interior design industry. Impeccable organisational skills, attention to detail and project management. Significant experience with budget management and Excel. Excellent communication skills. Exceptional written and spoken English. Benefits Negotiable salary + commission. Office-based role.
