As a Sales Executive for this large FTSE 250 financial services company, you'll be making outbound business development calls and dealing with inbound leads, so telesales experience in a B2B setting is ideal although someone looking to break out of a B2C call centre would equally be considered. You'll be appointment setting and working on lead generation as well as associated duties. The role is office based working in a small team, not in a call centre and includes: Outbound B2B telesales to generate appointments for the field team Developing relationships with business contacts Approximately 2-4 hours call time a day focusing on quality conversations with key contacts and decision makers Converting inbound sales leads as required Liaising with the field sales team Checking through contact data Conducting follow up emails and associated admin This is a great opportunity to join a large, professional company with great benefits and future career prospects where you'll be working 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. The salary is a basic of between £23k and £27k dependent on experience plus uncapped commission. You'll need previous sales experience and excellent communication skills, able to liaise with business contacts at director level.
