Systems & Applications Specialist – Hiring Now | Up to £50,000 | Annual bonus | Chichester
We are excited to welcome a skilled IT Systems & Applications Specialist to our fast-growing team in Chichester, West Sussex. In this dynamic role, reporting to the Systems & Process Manager, you will play a key part in providing expert application and software support, delivering insightful advice, and ensuring the smooth maintenance of business-critical applications across our four major manufacturing facilities.

Leading the release of updates and improvements to existing applications, including configuration, testing, and deployment
Providing expert configuration and ongoing maintenance of NWF's business-facing systems
Delivering comprehensive support to business users by troubleshooting and resolving application errors, data discrepancies, and queries while prioritising requests according to agreed-upon criteria and service desk SLAs
Supporting the delivery and implementation of new business applications and performing related duties, including participation in the on-call rota

SharePoint on Premise & Cloud
Good understanding of Microsoft core stack, including server & core directory
HND or equivalent in Information Systems/Computer Science or related preferred
Microsoft Certified Professional or equivalent preferred.
Microsoft Windows Server
Microsoft SQL Server
Drivers are preferred due to potential travel between sites
