Exciting career opportunity for an adept Commercial / Contract Manager, preferably with a background in the electrical / utilities sector, to join the team located in the Rugby office. As the Commercial / Contracts Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
Understanding and mutually agreeing upon contract terms and conditions
Identifying potential project risks during tender phases
Ensuring comprehension and adherence to T&C's by project teams
Providing technical support in Contract Administration
Collaborating with Sales and Project teams to aid in bid response preparation
Assisting Business Managers with P&L, budgeting, and overall commercial oversight of projects
Supporting project teams in cost and risk management to enhance efficiency and project performance
Reviewing project processes and procedures for compliance to ensure high-quality project delivery and customer satisfaction
Competitive salary circa £50k

Required experience for Commercial / Contracts Manager:
Demonstrated commercial acumen and experience, encompassing contract terms and conditions, budgeting, and cost control
Preferably possess robust experience in the power generation sector (including renewables, steam, gas, oil, etc.)
Proven track record in Project & Commercial Management
Commercial or legal qualifications would be advantageous.
