Junior UX/UI Designer

We are looking for someone to join our experienced team with a focus on the continual development of our clients digital products and services. You will be supporting our Digital Lead from day 1 working on active commercial products.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct competitor and lateral research to guide design decisions

Analyse and learn from data and user research to inform design choices

Create wireframes, prototypes, sitemaps, and mood boards

Design user-friendly, on-brand user interfaces

Maintain design documentation like style guides and design systems

Develop indicative icons, motion designs, and creative graphics

Suggest and implement improvements in ongoing projects

Work alongside cross-functional teams to collaborate and create

Required Skills and Experience:

Minimum of 1 year in a similar role

Proficiency in Figma, Sketch or XD (We use Figma)

Strong design sensibility and attention to detail

Willingness to learn and accept feedback

Passion for human-centric design

Basic knowledge of graphic design construction and layout

Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines

Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JS, WordPress, Webflow

Familiarity with Google Analytics, Hotjar, After Effects
