Drupal Project Manager (how often do you get to migrate 300 government websites?)
Agileana is a Drupal development shop specializing in digital solutions for federal government clients. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, compliant, and secure websites that meet the unique needs and challenges of government operations.
We are seeking a skilled IT Project Manager to lead our project teams in delivering exceptional results on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing Drupal-based projects, a deep understanding of federal government contracts, and a proven track record in Agile project management.
Lead the planning and implementation of IT projects from inception to completion.
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of multiple projects, including scope, timelines, resources, and budget.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Monitor and report on project progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with federal contract requirements and manage all documentation related to project deliverables and milestones.
- Collaborate with the procurement and legal teams to navigate federal contracting processes and requirements.
- Mentor and support project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, with at least 2 years managing Drupal projects.
- Strong familiarity with the Agile methodology and certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) are highly desirable.
- Experience in managing federal government IT projects, with a good understanding of government contracting processes.
- S. citizenship or permanent residency required due to federal government contract requirements.
