A Pension and Benefits Analyst is urgently needed for a financial services company to support their HR Team in London. You will be based in a stunning office in Canary Wharf, providing your expertise in delivering an excellent level of customer and administrative support. You will be working on a hybrid scheme, Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm. A generous benefits package is offered, and they do offer visa sponsorship if you need to relocate to the UK.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Analyse and improve the benefits processes, while being competitive, cost-effective and compliant
  • Implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of a business
  • Leverage data analysis and comparative analysis to offer insights and suggestions
  • Generate outputs such as benefits reports emphasising Diversity & Inclusion and compliance, vendor and risk evaluations, and Requests for Proposals

About you:

To be considered for the role, you will need to be an experienced Pension and Benefits Analyst with strong pension knowledge and great Excel and data analysis skills. You are somebody with excellent interpersonal skills with in-depth knowledge of international pensions administration, and general employee benefits.

Profile:

  • Ideally fluent in German, written and spoken
  • Mandatory in-depth knowledge of International Pensions administration (minimum 3 years’ experience)
  • Ideally experience in general Employee Benefits
  • Preferably experience in a financial or private professional services environment such as legal or insurance
  • Proficient in HR software, data analytics and project management tools, as well as Excel (with pivot tables)
