Location: Remote
Are you a seasoned professional with extensive experience in health and social care at a management or supervisory level? As a care professional, you understand the critical role health and social care play in society. Our mission is to upskill the next generation of care professionals across the country. We deliver cutting-edge technology, training, and mentoring to ensure quality care and high professional standards. As a Health and Social Care Coach, you will bring your skills and experience to support and mentor care professionals, helping them achieve essential qualifications. Work with learners at their place of work to deliver the apprenticeship framework.
Provide support, guidance, and motivation to help learners achieve career-building qualifications.
Assist learners in developing transferable skills (in Maths and English) if needed.
Level 5 Health and Social Care Qualification or above.
Experience in a senior care role.
Expertise in Dementia, Learning Disabilities, and Adult Health and Social Care Settings.
GCSEs in English and Maths (C or above) or equivalent key skills.
