Associate Director - Quantity Surveyor

The Role: Associate Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide expert quantity surveying services across a diverse range of sectors
  2. Manage projects from inception to completion
  3. Act as an Employer's Agent, liaising between clients and contractors
  4. Oversee commercial management aspects of projects

The Ideal Candidate:

  1. Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in multiple sectors
  2. Strong project management skills
  3. Experience as an Employer's Agent
  4. Solid background in commercial management
  5. Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  6. RICS qualification (or equivalent)
