As a Trainee Turnkey Project Manager, you will learn how to:
* Guide your team to ensure all projects meet quality, safety, and environmental standards.
* Keep projects on track: Help deliver projects smoothly and manage client expectations.
* Oversee production: Coordinate and control the on-site construction process ensuring the site build progresses in line with the plan.
* Follow safety rules: Manage projects in line with CDM regulations and ensure health and safety is managed on site.
* Help with scheduling and organising the building process.
* Manage groundworks: Oversee groundworks and the finishing touches inside the buildings.
* Maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure that contracts are delivered in accordance with project agreements and best practice.
* Keep an eye on project expenses and discuss any variations with clients throughout the project.
* Work closely with our architects, contractors, business managers, designers, carpenters, and site crews.
* Ensure quality & safety: Strive for the highest standards of work and safety on-site.
* Communicate safety procedures: Time Savvy, Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
* Positively proactive and always on the lookout for creative solutions and ready to tackle challenges with enthusiasm
* Flexible & adaptable, being quick on your feet and ready to embrace whatever comes your way.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), CAD.
* We’re looking for someone with a genuine interest in the construction industry who’s excited about building beautiful oak frame homes.
