Full Time Night Manager - Members Club Purpose & Scope The Night Manager will form part of our Front of House team but will be responsible for safeguarding building at 6 Langley Street and all its activities overnight. The Night manager will the ensure that the building remains secure, and be the keyholder, and main point of contact for emergency services and our landlord, should it be required whilst on duty. They will coordinate and supervise any external contractors or visitors who need to be in the building outside of normal operating hours. They will also manage the

nighttime housekeeping team, supervising the quality of the clean. Responsibilities & Key Duties Be the recognised Key holder for the building whilst on shift. Ensure the safety and security of the building and the overnight team. Patrol the building checking all ingress and exits are secured. Make critical decisions and handle an emergency , such as fire alarm, power outage etc, or escalate to Facilities Director. Liaise and coordinate with any external contractors working on site overnight, and where required, checking work and signing off. Recognize members and repeat guests or visiting VIPs, understand all their requirements and preferences ensuring that the clients feel valued. Ensure proper care of all furniture, fixtures, and equipment. Malfunctions and damage should be reported to the Facilities department with appropriate follow-up. Report any issues with IT equipment or systems failures to IT Manager for further investigation. Assist with hiring, training, and evaluation of the housekeeping team. Ensure the standards of work throughout the shift and discuss with housekeeping supervisor to make improvements/correct when necessary. Assist with the creation of SOPs and manuals including checklists as required. Support management with absence monitoring, timekeeping and any payroll or HR issues that are raised by the nighttime housekeeping team. Liaise with th

other departments about late night or early morning bookings or set up instructions that may run into your shift and make the team aware of additional requirements. Handle inquiries for Lost & Found items keeping the database updated

. Manage, and respond, if necessary, to overnight email inboxes. When required assist with any enquiries that come in overnight, for next day

restaurant reservations, or pass on to events team if more relevant. Liaise with management and the purchasing team to manage appropriate stock levels

for stationery, housekeeping equipment or IT requirements. Comply with all statutory and company health and safety, fire, bomb and security regulations. Consistently achieve a high level of customer satisfaction by exhibiting a positive attitude, building trust, ensuring commitments are met. Attend work on time and consistently well-groomed to represent the high standards of the club. Alongside your key duties you may be asked to complete other tasks as and when necessary and reasonably required in line with business needs. Be an Ambassador of the Conduit

Strong interpersonal skills and strong ability to work within a team Excellent organizational skills Natural leadership abilities Health & Safety knowledge. SIA license preferred, if not this will be company provided. CRB check desirable. First aid Certified desirable.
