Our client has worked with UK retail for more than 75 years specialising in end-to-end supply chain management, branding, e-commerce and retail services. They offer tailored solutions to their client’s business develop at any stage along the journey from sourcing a product to seeing it on sale in a retailer or on a marketplace.
Our client is looking for a Junior Account Manager to join them on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract as maternity cover starting in July 2024. The salary range is £25k to £28k and the role is hybrid 3 days in the office at Hemel Hempstead .
Phoning or emailing factories in the global supply chain to resolve queries.
Collecting and analysing data to learn more about consumer behaviour.
Keeping accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes.
Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.
Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
Ability to collect, track, and analyse large amounts of data.
German speaking an advantage but not necessary.
