At United Living, we have one of the largest specialist in-house teams for project management, acquisition, design, construction, and maintenance in the UK.
Job DescriptionWe are looking to expand our commercial teams and are looking for a talented individual to join us as a Trainee Quantity Surveyor.
As a trainee quantity surveyor, you will assist the Quantity Surveyor. Your responsibilities will include updating the internal finance and commercial system daily, raising invoices on client online portals, and reviewing queries on invoices from both internal teams and Clients.
Qualifications• Has a sound financial and commercial mindset
• Good level of IT skills including excel, and other Microsoft packages
• Adept at manipulating client tools/reports on a regular basis
• Business Central skills are advantageous
