We are looking for a motivated and growth-orientated candidate for Logistics Coordinator in our International Logistics team. The successful candidate will work closely with Production team, Sales-Ecom team and warehousing team.

Objective of this role:
  • Monitor supply chains and shipments.
  • Engage in regular communication with stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely schedules for client orders.
  • Maintain accurate and consistent records.
  • Address errors to promote customer satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory.
Duties:
  • Regularly update customer orders
  • Communication and follow-up the processing of orders
  • Coordinate on daily basis with USA logistics and production team.
  • Preparing shipping documentations.
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholder on orders and delivery schedules.
  • Managing stock levels and regular inventory reconciliations.
  • Managing logistics internationally for cost effective deliveries
  • Additional responsibilities might come up in SC&L in line with business requirements.
To excel in this role, you will have:
  • 2+ years of experience in similar role.
  • Experience in shipment and order management.
  • Experience in project management would be great.
  • Come from a coordinating background.
  • Ability to working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Great communication skills
  • Happy to work as a part or a team and individually
Preferred qualifications:
  • Familiarity with best practices in logistics & supply chain management
  • Ability to use data in making logistics more efficient.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Strong customer service capabilities
  • Understanding of both warehouse and transportation management
  • Capacity to multitask.
