**Key Responsibilities**
● Leading a team of Colleagues on the shift to ensure that the shift KPIs are met in full and on time.
● Engaging and developing the team to achieve optimum performance and for the Colleagues to meet their full potential.
● Oversee the day-to-day operations of the outbound distribution team, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of orders for shipment to customers.
● Continuously assess and enhance outbound processes to maximise efficiency, accuracy, and productivity, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements.
● Ensure that all outgoing orders meet quality standards, performing regular audits and inspections to minimise errors and product damage.
● Role modelling the Company’s DNA and ensuring that these are followed by the team.
● Dealing with day to day queries from Colleagues – liaising with HR, Training Teams as required.
● Maintain up to date and accurate records (including computeriseddigital) on production, food safety data and analyse this data to identify trends, problems and opportunities for improvement.
● Ensuring that Food Safety and Health & Safety standards are met and sustainably maintained. You are required to cooperate with HelloFresh in all health and safety matters. You are responsible for ensuring your own health, safety and welfare in the activities you undertake. You must report incidents immediately and actively raise health and safety-related concerns to your Line Manager.
● Undertaking basic problem solving activities and escalating to the Distribution Manager where necessary.
● Ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures and Instructions.
● Effectively coordinating the service so that operations run smoothly.
● Undertaking audits and following through on actions regarding compliance to Food Safety; Health & Safety Standards and any other specified standards eg: BRCGS, ISO.
● Leading or being involved in ad hoc projects as and when required.
● Championing key Company strategies; initiatives – eg: Colleague Happiness Surveys; Diverse & Inclusive working; Colleague Wellbeing.
● Any other responsibilitiesduties which would be reasonably expected as part of this role.
**Who You Are:**
● Proven experience in distribution Supervisory position.
● Proficient in using warehouse management systems and other relevant software applications.
● Proficient in G-Suite.
● Solid understanding of distribution processes and quality control principles.
● Knowledge of safety regulations and commitment to ensuring a safe working environment.
● Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate across various levels of the organization.
● Excellent problem solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
● Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
● Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
● Lead by example and ensure that HelloFresh DNA is at the forefront of everything we do.

**Work Schedule:**
4 on 3 off either Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday shifts rotational every 3 months from days to nights
