Zur Verstärkung unseres internationalen Vertriebteams suchen wir einen Area Sales Manager International (m/w/d). Sie arbeiten eigenverantwortlich vom Stammhaus in Ingolstadt und/oder Ihrem Homeoffice aus.

Tätigkeitsprofil:

  • Selbstständige und professionelle Betreuung der vorhanden internationalen Distributoren und Direktkunden
  • Verkauf und technische Beratung basierend auf zielorientierter und systematischer Kunden bzw. Marktbearbeitung
  • Aktive Neukundengewinnung insbesondere Entwicklung und Aufbau internationaler Vertriebspartner
  • Aufbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen
  • Erschließen neuer Anwendungen und internationaler Märkte
  • Optimierung und Umsetzung der Verkaufsstrategien des Unternehmens unter Berücksichtigung landesspezifischer Aspekte
  • Entwicklung effizienter, nutzbringender und interessanter Ideen als Lösungen für den Kunden
  • Eigenverantwortliches Führen von Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen
  • Organisation und Teilnahme von Messen und Verkaufsveranstaltungen
  • Coaching von Projektanfragen und der Projektabwicklung in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen im Stammhaus

Anforderungsprofil:

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Automatisierungstechnik, Elektrotechnik, Verfahrenstechnik, ein BWL-Studium mit technischem Schwerpunkt, staatlich geprüfter Techniker oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb
  • Hohe Leistungsbereitschaft
  • Selbständige und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamgeist und soziale Kompetenz im internationalen Umfeld
  • Bereitschaft zu intensiver internationaler Reisetätigkeit
  • Beherrschung gängiger MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
