Kirkland Associates are seeking a New Product Introduction (NPI) Project Engineer for our client based in Derbyshire. This is an exciting opportunity to become an integral member of a specialist team.

NPI Project Engineer - The Role:

  • Manage assigned NPI projects & provide technical support
  • Project Management
  • Design for manufacture
  • Tooling & Automation development
NPI Project Engineer - The Candidate:

  • Degree level or recognised trade apprenticeship
  • Experience in a Engineering role within technical based manufacturing or product design/production environment
  • Good knowledge of Injection Moulding & Metal Stamping processes
  • Knowledge of Automotive and/or Medical NPI and product approval processes
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and MS Project
  • Working knowledge of Moldflow, AutoCAD, SolidWorks or Visi systems
