In this position, you will be expected to develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures, handle grievances, and provide guidance and support to managers and employees. Provide guidance and support to managers and team leaders on employee relations matters, including performance management and conflict resolution.
Develop and implement policies, procedures and programs to improve employee engagement, satisfaction and retention.
Develop the skills of our People Managers through training and development in European employee related matters including diversity, inclusion, communication and conflict resolution.
Collaborate cross-functionally across the People Teams to contribute and shape team projects.
Investigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances.
Manage employee discipline and performance improvement processes
Collaborative mindset with a passion for fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
~ Ability to analyze data and provide insights for improvement.
~ Experience using Workday.
