Drive sales growth by proactively pursuing new and/or targeted accounts in the assigned region.
Meet annual sales plan objectives including volume and MSP profitability targets in the assigned region.
Make regular telephone calls and in-person visits to existing and prospective customers. Plan and organize both office and travel time to optimize personal time, effectiveness, and costs.
Providing market intelligence with oral and written reports on customer needs, requirements, concerns, competitive activities, and the potential for selling new products and services.
Use tools as provided and work closely with Manager, Commercial Director or Managing Director, Head of Europe, Product Manager and Technical Managers to generate sales leads, qualify leads into sales targets, and effectively manage a sales target pipeline that will ensure the company’s sales goals are met and exceeded.
Follow “Claim Management Process” to solve quality and service problems. Update job knowledge and skills by participating in technical and business learning opportunities, reading professional publications and maintaining professional and personal networks.
Strict adherence to compliance in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Sales Acumen - effectively assesses market trends to determine profitable outcomes. Uses market data and relationships to analyze opportunities in new products and markets globally. Understands risks of positions and works to optimize risk adjusted return.
Business Opportunities Analysis – Has a clear business focus and analyzes new business opportunities and risks wisely. Decision Making & Judgement – Assess the importance, urgency and risk associated with each situation and takes actions which are timely and in the best interest of the company.

Communications – Effectively presents and receives information both orally and in writing. Bachelor’s Degree
Proven commercial experience in the polymer industry
At least 3 years commercial experience in plastic distribution
Travelling minimum 25% of the time
SAP, MS Office and PPT knowledge
