Our client is looking for a Principal Engineer to join their team – someone who not only brings deep technical skill but also embraces the role of a polyglot developer, ready to drive innovation and impact.

Your Impact: As a Principal Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of the tech strategy, architecting solutions that are resilient, efficient, and future-focused. You'll work across a modern tech stacks, spearheading projects that leverage the best of React, React Native, Node.js, Typescript/Javascript, and Go . Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, influencing cloud architecture, and ensuring that their solutions are robust, scalable, and optimized for performance.

Tech Stack:

React & React Native – Build seamless, user-centric interfaces across web and mobile platforms. Node.js – Design backend systems that are efficient, high-performing, and scalable. Typescript/Javascript – Write clean, maintainable code with strong type-checking and modern features. Go – Leverage Go's efficiency to build high-performance microservices and backend systems. What You'll Bring:

Adaptability : Fluency in multiple programming languages and frameworks with a demonstrated ability to learn new technologies as needed. Architectural Vision : Experience designing and implementing cloud architectures that are secure, scalable, and maintainable. Problem-Solving Expertise : A track record of solving complex challenges using a mix of backend and frontend technologies. Technical Leadership : The ability to mentor other engineers and drive best practices across the team. This position is a hybrid one where you will be required to work from the clients Reading office 2 days a week. The office is modern and has lots of space.
