As a Senior Product Designer will take a leading role in creating user-centered product experiences for TW's users. Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, and engineering to design and develop intuitive, engaging, and innovative solutions.
Lead user research efforts to gain insights into user needs, behaviors, and preferences, using findings to inform design decisions.
Mentor and support junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to help them grow and develop their skills.
Work closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions, maintaining a high standard of quality and consistency.
Actively participate in design critiques, contributing to the continuous improvement of the team's design processes and outputs.
5+ years full-time Product Designer experience
~3+ years full-time experience of designing consumer-facing experiences for web and mobile apps
~ Ability to create thoughtful UI and UX and written communication to both frame and explain concepts
~ Demonstrated interest in open and community-driven platforms
~ Strong communication in oral and written English
~ Strong intellectual curiosity and honesty, Bachelor’s or Master's Degree
