Providing pastoral care and emotional support to help pupils feel safe and valued.
Taking part in staff meetings and training to continually develop your skills.
Experience working with children or young people, ideally in a special educational needs (SEN) setting.
A patient, compassionate, and flexible approach to supporting diverse learning needs.
Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to collaborate with teaching and support staff.
A commitment to helping every pupil achieve their best.
