Design the annual training plan with associated budget and relevant KPI
Facilitate some of the training courses, team building and OD sessions
Design and implementation of talent management, development and career frameworks
Provide departmental and organization-wide L&D and talent management solutions and organisational and culture development programs
Drives selected activities and projects in connection with L&D and Talent Management strategy
Substantial experience in learning and development roles, with a proven track record of delivering and implementing effective training programs.
Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), e-learning platforms, and other technology tools used in training and development is also of benefit.
Ability to travel around the UK and internationally when required.
Use of a car.
Possession of relevant leadership, HR, OD or L&D qualifications
Proficiency in designing content and mapping to accrediting bodies (e.g. Familiarity with multiple industry or sectors, understanding the unique challenges and opportunities related to learning and development within them.
