Employability Tutor Telford, Free Parking Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 4.30 pm, with a 2.30 pm finish on Fridays. Job role We are seeking an Employability Tutor/Vocational Tutor to delivery to groups of students. To deliver vocational and/or employability qualifications in line with awarding body requirements To mark, assess and provide constructive feedback on students vocational or employability portfolio evidence. To provide excellent CEIA support (including SEND) to students To ensure that the students work skills are developed and that they are ready for working life, or further learning. To carry out initial assessment activities to identify individual needs and develop support plans. To mark, assess and map units for vocational and/or employability portfolios and develop students spelling/punctuation and grammar. Invigilate exams. Complete paperwork Experience Essential for the role. Level 2 English and Maths or Level 3 Teaching qualification (or willing to work towards one) Desirable if Assessor or level 4 Teaching qualification Benefits Salary £20K to £28K per annum (dependent upon experience) Free Parking 25 Days Holiday + Stats Holiday pay back scheme Early finish on a Friday (paid for 37.5 hours per week, but work 35.5 hours) Pension
