Mechanical Fitter required to work for a Facilities Management company to cover planned and preventative maintenance on a commercial building in Wythenshawe. Our client is looking for an experienced and hardworking Mechanical Fitter who has a level 3 qualification to join the team on a static basis. If you are looking for a long term career role with opportunities to progress, this could be for you.
This role will be 40 hours a week 8am - 4.30pm, Monday-Friday. Overtime available.
As mechanical fitter you will be supporting the operation and maintenance of all plant, equipment and installations within the commercial building. You will be the specialist who will provide technical engineering advice and support for the maintenance of equipment, fabric and utility services.
Planned and preventative maintenance
Hot Water Calorifiers Refrigeration
Air Handling Units/Ventilation Systems
Compressed Air and Medical Gas Systems
Heating and Ventilation Level 3 or similar
Multi Skilled
