The European Tour group is one of the world’s pre-eminent golf organisations. We are responsible for running the world-famous DP World Tour, Legends Tour, Challenge Tour and the newly created G4D Tour (golf for the disabled). We also organise, alongside the PGA of America, golf’s greatest team contest - the Ryder Cup.

About the role:

We are looking for an IT Security Analyst to join our Tech department reporting to the ICT Director.

The security analyst will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and management of IT security products and applications used by the European Tour group. The role will include working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure corporate compliance and security posture is maintained. 

  • The role may require attendance to tour events from time to time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for planning and carrying out security measures to protect the European Tour group’s computer, network and cloud platforms.
  • Monitor and maintain the organisations security architecture, ensuring security posture is maintained, reporting breaches or areas of vulnerability.
  • Keep abreast of IT security threat trends and report threat dashboards relevant to the business.
  • IT security education and IT security policy management across the business.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure business relevant security and regulatory compliances are aligned and maintained.
  • Documentation of IT security and incident processes.
  • Responsible for annual PEN Testing addressing outcomes of PEN tests, elevating risk awareness.
  • Provide IT support to the DPO as necessary to ensure they have access to the relevant data and information required.

The Ideal candidate:

  • Experience using Azure O365 security including Defender.
  • Knowledge of Fortinet security fabric and associated products.
  • Strong networking and network security skills.
  • CompTIA Security +, ITIL and SSCP – (Systems Security Certified Practitioner) experience.
  • Cybersecurity Fundamentals Certificate (ISCA) - ideal
  • Continued Industry standard security learning and certification.
