Our client is a key player in the Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain industry. With a large team spread across multiple locations, they specialise in offering top-tier vehicle management services across the UK.

Job Description

  • Analyse and process claims related to logistics operations.
  • Coordinate with team members to resolve claim discrepancies.
  • Prepare detailed reports on claim trends and recommend preventive measures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify any potential issues or risks.
  • Provide training to team members on claim handling procedures.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategy development.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline logistics processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Claims Handler should have:

  • A degree in Business, Logistics or a related field.
  • Strong Excel and Systems exposure
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain industry.
  • Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of logistics software and claim handling procedures.
