Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne

  • Permanent position
  • Hours: Mon – Thurs: 07:00 – 16:45,
  • Could also work shifts 7am – 7pm/7pm – 7am (Monday – Thursday)
  • Rate of Pay: up to £18.74 per hour for days
  • When on shift the rate increases to £21.93 per hour.
  • Pension – Match up to 6%
  • Production bonus each
This is an exciting opportunity for a Time Served Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician to join an established business. Working Monday – Thursday repairing and maintaining machinery. What you will be doing:
  • Installing and commissioning of plant and machinery
  • Machine upgrades
  • Daily maintenance checks on machinery; reporting any major maintenance issues.
  • Keeping accurate breakdown logs
  • Ensuring machine records and manuals are accessible and in good working order
* PAT testing What you will bring to the team:
  • Experienced Maintenance Technician
  • Time served
  • 18th Edition
  • PAT
  • Experience with repair and maintenance of hydraulics and PLC controlled machinery
