The Role

The Purpose of the Role:

• Working with the existing project management team to successfully deliver the upcoming New Store and Refit Programme• Completing site visits to both scope stores in advance of projects being delivered and complete inspections post completion to ensure works have been successfully delivered• Ensuring that any snagging post project completion is efficiently closed out and the progress is correctly and accurately monitored and communicated• Raising purchase orders and tracking invoices to ensure budgets are communicated and successfully delivered• Delivering 'Ad hoc' retail construction projects as required including tracking and reporting costs, monitoring delivery and working with relevant stakeholders to ensure that programmes are successfully me and projects are delivered to the right standard• Prepare project initiation documents, to include project goals, Scope, Risks, Constraints, assumptions, project organisation, project control, reporting framework, stakeholders, and planning• Maintain reports and records looking for trends and working with project management team to continuously improve both ways of working and project delivery standards• Building strong relationships with supplier, contractors and consultants to ensure smooth delivery of projects• maintaining an awareness of potential interdependencies with other projects and their impact through liaising with wider stakeholders and close relationships with project management team• Projects to be closed out and contractor/ supplier performance to be monitored and reported on• Cost analysis (supported by quantity surveyors as required) to ensure budgets are adhered to at all times.

The Person

Key Requirements:

• Experience of cost analysis and budget handling essential • Experience of project management involving the delivery of interior refits essential• An ability to manage multiple stakeholder queries with ease • Experience of project management within a retail environment desirable
