Senior Paid Search Executive

Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and analytical Paid Search Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 18 months of experience in managing paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search advertising platforms. As a Paid Search Executive, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing paid search strategies to drive performance and achieve client objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid search campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads and Bing Ads.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify high-potential keywords and opportunities for expansion.
- Write compelling ad copy that aligns with campaign objectives and drives engagement.
- Monitor campaign performance closely, analyzing key metrics such as CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
- Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve campaign performance and ROI.
- Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid search advertising.
- Collaborate with the account management team to develop integrated digital marketing strategies for clients.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to clients, explaining campaign results and recommending strategic adjustments.
Requirements:
- Minimum 18 months of experience in managing paid search campaigns, preferably within an agency environment.
- Proficiency in Google Ads and Bing Ads platforms, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to clients and team members.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality work and results.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry developments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Google Ads certification and/or Bing Ads accreditation.
- Experience with other digital marketing channels such as paid social, display advertising, or SEO.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics or other web analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with bid management tools and automation platforms.
