Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for providing financials, driving process improvements, and ensuring financial compliance for all EMEIA entities of The Kurt J Lesker Company. You will lead a team of dynamic and experienced financial professionals, so you must be passionate about both people and process. This role would suit a strategic financial leader, looking to join a fast-paced international business. Role expectations:
- Lead the EMEIA Accounting team
- Manage and oversee the daily/monthly/yearly operations of the department
- Develop and streamline ERP system and processes
- Drive a timely and accurate month-end close
- Develop and implement training programs for the accounting team
- Design, document, and enforce policies in accordance with local accounting standards as well as US GAAP for consolidation purposes
- Review all account reconciliations monthly
- Lead internal and external audits for the Ltd and GmbH entities
- Manage EMEIA annual budgeting process
- Proven experience working in a similar role
- Prior experience managing a successful accounting team
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong ERP system knowledge and experience (Microsoft D365 advantageous)
