Senior Project Manager – The Role: Due to their continued growth, they are looking to bring on board a Senior Project Manager who can manage complex projects focusing on Mechanical and Electrical and broader construction activities. The role will ensure that projects are delivered on time and to budget. It will also suit an individual who can quickly develop and maintain relationships with the client and sub-contractors. Senior Project Manager – Key Responsibilities: - Manage the day-to-day activities and progress of the project, including management of sub-contractors- Provide regular progress reports to the client and internal stakeholders
- Promote and ensure all health and safety policies are adhered to on site
- Produce reports and documentation as required e.g., handover documentation, PFR reports Senior Project Manager – You: - Strong track record of managing £10M+ Mechanical and Electrical and/or construction projects
- An exceptional team leader, able to quickly gain respect from the team
- Strong understanding of JCT and NEC contracts
- Excellent knowledge of either mechanical or electrical engineering principals
