Based in our central hub, you provide hands-on assistance to users, ensuring they are comfortable and supported throughout their session. Your responsibilities include assisting users on and off the bikes, guiding them in using the digital interface, and addressing any concerns or questions they may have. Your dedication helps empower individuals to achieve their fitness goals and improve their overall well-being.
