We are currently recruitingfor a CNC Punch Machine Operator to join our UK leading engineering and manufacturing client in the ST7 area of Stoke on Trent. This is a permanent job vacancy, direct with the company from day 1.

CNC Operator job responsibilities:
You will be operating the CNC punch machine, you will be responsible for the high quality machining products.
Prepare and operate CNC punch machine to produce precision detailed, high-quality products
Set machines to complete full cycles to fabricate large number of parts
Check and maintain quality using measuring equipment including verniers callipers, height gauges, protractors and tape measures
Fully understand and interpret engineering drawings (working in metric units)
Select correct programs and set machine parameters to ensure optimal performance of the equipment
To complete daily safety checks to ensure machines and work equipment is in good working order.
Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result.
Attend any relevant training sessions

CNC Operator person specification:
Previous Amada CNC punch machine experience isdesired, but is not essential to be considered.
Experience in setting and operating CNC Punch machines is ideal
