As a pivotal member of their marketing team, you will collaborate closely with Senior Managers and eventually lead a junior executive, crafting compelling social media campaigns across diverse client sectors. This role will challenge you to blend creativity with strategic acumen, delivering social strategies that truly impact their clients. A strong grasp of the digital realm, particularly in paid social media metrics, is crucial. They are seeking someone who is enthusiastic about learning from their experienced social team. Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and oversee paid social campaigns to enhance engagement and execute comprehensive social strategies.
- Manage community engagement across all platforms.
- Contribute to the development of social strategies across various industries.
- Strategize and execute organic and paid social media initiatives.
- Collaborate creatively with clients to generate content concepts.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights on effectiveness.
- Stay abreast of social trends, integrating them into strategies and sharing insights with the team.
- Execute tasks autonomously and as part of a team, ensuring client specifications are met.
- Initiate and oversee paid media initiatives.
- Demonstrate proficiency in content creation.
- Proficiency in managing LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X.
- Experience in TikTok content creation and management.
- Familiarity with scheduling and reporting tools such as Hootsuite, Later, Hubspot, SproutSocial, and Google Analytics.
- Strong skills in social media analytics and reporting.
- Previous experience with paid media campaigns is imperative for managerial roles.
- Understanding of sales funnel strategies in paid social campaigns to optimize conversion rates and ROI.
- Abundance of creative ideas and exceptional communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn with meticulous attention to detail.
- Positive, team-oriented demeanor with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, multi-client environment.
