In the role you will be a pivotal member of the projects team and will have a focus on the administrative needs of the Project Managers and the projects. You should possess excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Providing full administrative support to Project Managers
* Data entry and management of various spreadsheets
* Responsible for the creation and collation of project documents i.e. Resource allocation (raising, scheduling, costing, closing of jobs for projects)
* Administrative control of Project Management Software
* Document controller for Projects Department
* Record and control field staff overtime, expenses and timesheets
* Assist with reporting and monitoring of project budgets
* Assist with purchasing requirements for projects
Previous working experience in Project Administration
* Previous working experience in the Construction Industry
* Proficient with various IT software packages, including CRM systems and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio)
* Experience in use of CAD software an advantage
* Hours of work - 40 hours per week, office based - Mon-Fri 8am-5pm (Northolt, Middlesex)
Holidays - 20 days per annum (increasing annually to a maximum of 25 days after 5 years) plus 8 Bank holidays
