Ensure all required areas for the event are set up and ready.
Coordinate with kitchen, staff, and customers to ensure timings are met.
Ensure all event staff are briefed on their roles and responsibilities.
Exceed customer expectations by providing outstanding service during events.
Oversee close down and reset for the next event as required.
Proven experience in event management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work varied hours based on event timings.
