We are looking for a full time CGI generalist with a good working knowledge of Unreal Engine, with a minimum of 3 years experience to work with us to develop and grow the company’s mission of creating cinematic and immersive visuals for a number of upcoming projects across fashion and culture.
This role requires someone who is passionate about what they do and is aware of and active in utilising cutting edge technologies. The applicant needs to be a good problem solver and have good communication and teamwork skills.
The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of virtual production techniques and emerging technologies – an interest in music and fashion is a plus.

Skills and Experience RequiredKey Responsibilities:
- Taking technical and creative direction from senior team members to produce digital assets and visuals for client pitches, projects, internal R&D and A New Plane’s social media channels
- Brainstorming, concepting and visualising creative ideas for R&D, pitches and briefs
- Maintaining a good understanding of technical developments and industry trends and apply this knowledge to your work
- Collaborating with A New Plane’s network of creative technologists to create new use cases for innovative visuals and digital avatars
- Report to Producer and senior team about progress and deadlines
- Video and audio editing where required
- Must have previous middleweight level experience in a similar role
- Experience with Metahuman and character animation pipelines
- Experience with animation workflows
- Experience with high resolution rendering pipelines
- High proficiency with at least one additional digital content creation package (Maya, 3DS Max, Houdini, Blender etc.)
- Proficiency using Adobe suite
- Self-motivated to learn and work independently
- Ability to receive and act upon creative feedback promptly, and to meet strict deadlines
- Clear and collaborative communicator
- Experience building and shipping a game within UE5 environment
- Understanding of AI image creation pipelines
- Good working knowledge of Autodesk Maya
- A good understanding of rigging and animation pipelines
- Experience within commercial production pipelines
- Experience with Adobe Substance suite of tools
- Experience/knowledge of photogrammetry pipelines
- Experience/knowledge of motion capture pipelines
- Keen interest in fashion and music, would be an advantage, but not essential
