Are you an F&I Manager looking for a new challenge? An expanding bank, based in Slough, is looking for an Insurance and Value Added Product Manager. The role will involve product development, management of third party insurers / product owners and ensure profitability of all VAP's sold with, or separate to, a car finance deal. The portfolio consists of insured and non-insured products, as well as car insurance. The Insurance and VAP Manager will liaise regularly with Compliance, Marketing and Sales to ensure all commercial opportunities are maximised.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure products meet all consumer duty, FCA requirements and are of a high quality, providing value to consumers
Own and Manage the product portfolio of all VAP's sold through the business
Work closely within the Marketing team to ensure products are promoted centrally and within the retailer/dealership environment
Liaise with the Sales Teams to ensure opportunities are maximised and profitability targets are met
Work with the insurers, product providers and relevant third-parties to ensure contractual commitments are being met
Develop, in line with business requirements, new products
Design (in conjunction with IT) an insurance dashboard to report on overall performance and profitability by product
