As a Childcare Assessor, you will deliver and support apprenticeship programmes within the Childcare sector. You will work with learners in the classroom, workplace and remotely, ensuring they remain on track and motivated to achieve their qualifications. The role requires someone who can inspire, challenge and mentor apprentices, while also maintaining high levels of compliance and quality in line with funding and audit requirements.

Plan, deliver and facilitate engaging classroom-based, workshop and one-to-one sessions with childcare apprentices.
Keep accurate, compliant records in line with funding and quality assurance requirements.
Previous experience delivering or assessing Childcare apprenticeships (Early Years Educator experience highly desirable).
Strong understanding of the Childcare and Early Years sector, with the ability to share industry knowledge and insight.
Teaching qualification (PTLLS, AET or equivalent) – desirable.
Passionate about supporting learners and committed to safeguarding, equality and diversity.
Flexible approach to travel across London.
