Senior Investment Analyst, Asset Management

Our client is a UK developer with a focus on Business Space and Residential assets including London Prime Offices, Film Studios and are inspired by delivering creative and inspiring buildings to work in. They have JV’s with some of the major real estate private equity firms and have an impressive track record of delivering standout projects. They are using modern methods of construction and sustainability is at the heart of their business.
You would be a Portfolio Analyst with a little time towards investment and looking at new deals. You will ensure that the Asset Managers and Development Managers are on track, and you will have ownership of the respective models and ensure they are correct. You will also get exposure to new acquisitions, but we do stress that in the main this is a Portfolio Analyst role. Develop, own and manage the models of the different vehicles, collaborating across functions to gather the relevant data
· Provide senior management and investors with timely and relevant financial analysis on fund and asset performance
· Prepare quarterly reporting for senior management and for investors
· Prepare business plans as well as investment proposals to support decision making
· Undertake relevant real estate market and economic research to support the strategic decisions of the funds
· Analyse the development management, leasing, acquisitions, and disposals
· Educated to degree level (preferably in business, finance or real estate).
· Excellent report writing.
The role is paying a competitive salary, dependent on experience, plus benefits and bonus.
