This lovely agency needs no introduction and has a strong legacy of producing world class large scale events, from conferences to award ceremonies and more With an excellent culture, brilliant staff retention and a commitment to career development this agency cares about it's team and due to continuing new business wins are now hiring for a pivotal Project Director role.
The Project Director will be incredibly client facing and lead a team as well as overseeing large scale projects from start to finish. The Project Director will lead the full project from event logistics, production, creative and content by working with the client stakeholders as well as internal departments. These are large events with budgets to match and are full service across the agency.
This role requires experience in delivering production led large scale events and having worked in an events agency at some point to understand the processes and the pace. Big budget management and a focus on content delivery in events with some exposure to logistics is key as is the ability to lead a large event project from start to finish including on-site execution. Line management is imperative and you will need to drive for this role due to the locations of some events, and the role is 2-3 days a week in the West Midlands office and the rest remote.
