Senior Manager, Project Management

Our POD is design excellence + delivery excellence, so you need to be fastidious about quality and detail as well as proactive, organized, and an excellent communicator.
Full-time project delivery role, responsible from order to handover for fire and smoke curtain systems. You’ll lead and be responsible for programme and all project deliverables including coordination with site teams and all project stakeholders, being the primary customer contact.
Primary point of contact post-Contract
Surveys e.g. to obtain sizes for manufacture
Site management and daily reporting
HS&E including project documentation (e.g. On-site branding: ensure only Adexon packaging/labelling/ paperwork
Installer coordination, ensuring good housekeeping and excellent clean and tidy presentation
Installation Quality
Testing, Witnessing, Handover to customer
New installers, increase installer network
Keep CRM and company systems up to date
SMSTS
IPAF 3a/3b
PM formal training e.g. Certificate in Construction Project Management
CPCS A61 and A62
Detail-oriented and proactive with excellent planning and problem-solving skills
Strong project management, customer handling, and team coordination capabilities
