We are seekingfor Sales Account for Geox - John Lewis Top Stores (Oxford Street, Peter Jones, Bluewater, Brent Cross, Kingston, Cheadle)

The main goal of this position is to provide an excellent Geox Customer Experience in John Lewis Top Stores in terms of sales driving, visual merchandising and operations.

Main accountabilities:

Ø Sales drive

• Ability to drive KPIs and sales targets
• Geox service model Ambassador ensuring customers receive excellent brand experience
• Owner of an excellent product knowledge as the main driver to maximize daily sales
• Develop and maintain long lasting client relationships by establishing a returning client

Ø Visual Merchandising & Operations

• Adhere to company visual standards at all time
• Assist in floor moves, merchandising and display maintenance
• Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock
• Ensures image and behavioral standards are compliant with Company regulations and values
• Support and help the merchandising of the top stores on weekly base

Profile

• Passion for Sales;
• Background in sales field;
• Excellent dialectical and relational skills;
• Hourly flexibility;
• Speed of execution and precision / attention to detail.
