Wills Probate Solicitor / Lawyer / Legal Executive

Our Client requires a motivated and enthusiastic Solicitor, Lawyer or Legal Executive to join a growing Wills and Probate team.

The role is to be based primarily at their Telford office, with some expectation to travel to the other offices.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Wills, Powers of Attorney, undertaking probate and Court of Protection applications is sought.
  • to run your own case load of matters
  • to and achieving deadlines within a busy office environment.
  • with clients who are often in stressful situations, professionals and other third parties
  • a willingness to take part in business generation and development.

Candidate Specification

  • in drafting Wills, Powers of Attorney, undertaking probate and Court of Protection applications is sought.
  • of dealing with clients who are often in stressful situations.
  • a clear understanding of the Solicitors’ Code of Conduct and the Money Laundering Regulations.
  • organisational, written and IT skills are essential
  • with Microsoft Office
  • of using a case management system is ideal but not essential
  • file management skills with a high level of attention to detail.

Being able to work as part of a team and good communication skills are essential
