We’re looking for a Solutions Architect to help build and define this function at Synthesia. This is not just implementation - it’s about architecting customer success , proving what’s possible, and accelerating customers toward full platform maturity.You will be both strategic advisor and technical architect , helping customers:
This role blends technical hands-on depth, commercial awareness, executive influence, and platform thinking. Lead customer implementations end-to-end , ensuring adoption, measurable outcomes, and long-term scalability.
Create playbooks, frameworks, and integration patterns that help us scale how we deliver value.
Contribute to platform thinking — helping shape how we scale Synthesia from product → ecosystem.
Strong project & stakeholder management across multiple workstreams
