Are you passionate about providing top-notch clinical care? As a Deputy Home Manager, you'll get to step into the shoes of the Home Manager in their absence, supervising and coaching your team to deliver unparalleled care.

Ensuring the level of clinical care surpasses professional standards and legal requirements.
Providing specialist nursing care and advice.
Supervising and coaching colleagues to deliver mindful care.
Paid NMC PIN renewal and Nursing Times Membership.

Free uniform and homemade meals while on shift.
