Entscheidend für eine Führungsposition in unseren Logistikzentren ist die Fähigkeit ein Team zu führen, Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter zu motivieren und zu inspirieren, sich und dem Team ambitionierte und erreichbare Ziele zu setzen und diese Ziele dann zusammen umzusetzen. Area Manager/Shift Manager
Nach einer intensiven Einarbeitung in die Abläufe unseres Logistik-Zentrums übernimmst Du die Leitung einer unserer Hauptabteilungen.
Du bist verantwortlich für die Steuerung, Überwachung und Kontrolle der operativen Prozesse sowie für die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung von 80 bis 120 Mitarbeiter*innen. Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich sowohl im Tagesgeschäft als auch in Projekten zur ständigen Verbesserung unserer Prozesse mit.

Du bringst folgende Kompetenzen und Fähigkeiten mit:
- Du hast einen Bachelorabschluss oder Equivalent, vorzugsweise im Bereich Logistik, BWL, VWL oder einen als gleichwertig anerkannten Abschluss (Logistikmeister, Fachwirt, Staatl. geprüfter Betriebswirt o.ä.)
- Du verfügst über erste Führungerfahrung in einer Teamleitungsfunktion, vorzugsweise in einem prozessbasierten Logistikbereich mit hoher Umschlaggeschwindigkeit
- Du hast bereits erfolgreich Verantwortung für eigene Projekte übernommen und diese unter Berücksichtigung der entsprechenden Zeit-, Umfangs-, Budget- und Qualitätsvorgaben abgeschlossen.
- Dich zeichnen sowohl ein guter Geschäftssinn als auch qualitatives Urteilsvermögen aus
- Du verfügst über eine nachweisbare Erfolgsbilanz im Bereich Problemlösung und gute analytische Fähigkeiten.
- Du bist detailorientiert: Du bist in der Lage, dich mit technischen Einzelheiten zu beschäftigen, kannst Ursachenforschung betreiben und falls nötig Daten extrapolieren und verarbeiten.
- Du hast exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowohl in Deutsch als auch Englisch
- Du besitzt sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Excel

- Die Arbeit in einem internationalen Arbeitsumfeld ist Dir vertraut.
- Du verfügst über Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position z.B. in der verarbeitenden Industrie, dem Handel, der Produktion oder der Logistik
- Du hast Kenntnisse in Operational Excellence (Lean Management, Six Sigma).
