Job Description

The successful Accounts Payable will be responsible for:

  • Managing and processing payments and invoices.
  • Reconciling bank statements with general ledger.
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Monitoring the company's day-to-day financial operations.
  • Collaborating with the finance department to manage budget and cash flow.
  • Resolving payment discrepancies and disputes on behalf of the company.
  • Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax regulations.
  • Maintaining accurate and updated vendor records.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Accounts Payable should have:

  • A strong understanding of accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
  • Strong numerical skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Degree in accounting, finance or relevant field.
